Cancelation Policy

At Bare Skin Laser & Spa, we value both our clients’ time and ours. Please review our cancellation policy before booking:

• Appointments canceled less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time, including same-day cancellations, will be charged 50% of the scheduled service amount.

• Clients who do not show up for their appointment will be charged 100% of the scheduled service amount.

To avoid cancellation fees, please cancel or reschedule your appointment at least 24 hours in advance.

We kindly ask that you book appointments for a day and time that you know will work for your schedule.

We understand that emergencies and unexpected situations can happen. Our cancellation policy is in place to help prevent repeated last-minute cancellations and no-shows, which impact our ability to accommodate other clients and small business operations. We appreciate your understanding and respect for our time.

Late Policy

If you are 15 minutes late to your appointment, you may be considered a no-show and we reserve the right to cancel your appointment.

If you are running late, please text us as soon as possible instead of simply arriving late without notice. Depending on the schedule for the day, we may or may not still be able to accommodate your appointment.

We are by appointment only and do our best to stay on schedule for every client. Arriving late may affect appointments scheduled after yours.

To help avoid this, please choose an appointment time that works best for your schedule and allow extra travel time for traffic, accidents, parking, or delays.

Please always text us if you are running late so we can see what we may be able to do.
